AJR successfully repurposed a 10,050 sq./m warehouse for a Storage, Fulfilment, and Distribution company. The project involved installing a mezzanine structure, creating designated fulfilment and production areas, and designing new office spaces, including a glass-fronted boardroom and comms room. AJR also implemented essential staff facilities, power, lighting, and mechanical installations, along with a custom racking system. Despite a tight timeline and specialised equipment needs, the project was completed on time and within budget, ensuring the client’s new warehouse was fully operational by the required date.
